Cancellation Before Shipment: If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at info@hatemonday.co.in. We’ll issue a gift card equivalent to the full product value, valid for one year.
Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already shipped but hasn’t been delivered, inform us within 48 hours of placing the order. We’ll issue a gift card for the product value after deducting ₹50 shipping charges.
Replacement: If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Important: To claim a replacement, you must provide a video of the package being opened. Without this, we may not be able to process your request.
We reserve the right to reject cancellation or replacement requests that do not meet the policy terms.
