Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@hatemonday.co.in with clear photos and details.

Once approved, your refund will be processed as a gift card of the same value, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify.

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet the above criteria. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
